How Local Pickup Works

  1. Place your order online.

  2. Select Local Pickup during checkout.

  3. Our team will begin processing your order.

  4. Once your order is complete, you will receive a pickup notification.

  5. Visit our location during business hours to collect your order.

Important Pickup Policy

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready. Production times may vary depending on the products ordered, artwork requirements, and order volume.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Hours may vary during holidays and special events.

Rush & Same-Day Orders

Need your order quickly? Rush services may be available for select products depending on production capacity.

Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability and applicable rush fees.

Order Pickup Requirements

To help ensure a smooth pickup process, please have one of the following available:

  • Order Number

  • Order Confirmation Email

  • Valid Photo Identification

If someone else is picking up your order, please notify us in advance.

Large Orders

For large orders, event materials, signs, banners, or bulk printing projects, additional pickup arrangements may be required. Our team will provide instructions when your order is ready.
