2. How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy. Simply browse our website, select the product you need, upload your artwork if required, and complete checkout. If you have questions about sizing, artwork, or product selection, our team is available to help before you place your order.
3. What file types do you accept for printing?
For best results, we recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. We also accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, JPG, and other common file formats. High-resolution artwork helps ensure the best print quality and color accuracy.
4. What are DTF Transfers and how do they work?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) Transfers are full-color heat transfers that can be applied to a variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. Once pressed onto a garment using a heat press, the transfer becomes durable, vibrant, and long-lasting. DTF Transfers are ideal for apparel brands, small businesses, events, schools, and personal projects.
5. What are UV DTF Transfers?
UV DTF Transfers are designed for hard surfaces such as tumblers, cups, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, and other smooth materials. Unlike traditional heat transfers, UV DTF products do not require a heat press. Simply peel, apply, and enjoy a professional-looking finish that is durable and water-resistant.
6. How long does production take?
Most standard orders are completed within 1–3 business days. Production times may vary depending on order size, product type, artwork requirements, and seasonal demand. Large custom projects, event orders, and wholesale orders may require additional time. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.
7. Do you offer rush or same-day service?
Yes. Rush and same-day services may be available for select products depending on production capacity and artwork readiness. Additional rush fees may apply. We recommend contacting us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.
8. Do you offer shipping and local pickup?
Yes. We proudly ship throughout the United States. Local customers may also choose local pickup at our Memphis location. Once your order is completed, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.
9. Can you help with artwork or graphic design?
Absolutely. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our team can assist with basic design adjustments or custom graphic design services. Design fees may vary depending on the complexity of the project. We recommend providing as much information as possible so we can create exactly what you need.
10. What is your return and refund policy?
Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns on completed custom orders. However, if there is an issue caused by a production error or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
