Thank you for choosing All Things Paige. We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and artwork has been approved, if applicable.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order quantity

  • Artwork requirements

  • Seasonal demand

  • Customization complexity

Large orders, specialty products, and custom projects may require additional production time.


Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times begin after production is completed and your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.


Rush & Expedited Orders

Need your order sooner?

Rush production and expedited shipping options may be available for select products. Additional fees may apply.

Please contact us before placing your order if you have a specific deadline.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

All Things Paige is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be reshipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

While we will gladly assist with tracking inquiries, All Things Paige is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery exceptions

Customers may be required to work directly with the carrier for certain claims.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.


Local Pickup

Customers located in the Memphis area may select Local Pickup during checkout.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation from our team.
