Return & Refund Policy

At All Things Paige, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products. Because most of our products are made specifically for each customer, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • DTF Transfers

  • UV DTF Transfers

  • Custom Apparel

  • Business Cards

  • Flyers

  • Banners

  • Signs

  • Memorial Products

  • Personalized Gifts

  • Custom Printed Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products due to customer errors, including incorrect artwork, spelling mistakes, sizing selections, or ordering the wrong product.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted artwork, proofs, spelling, grammar, sizing, and design details before production.

All Things Paige is not responsible for errors that appear in customer-provided artwork or approved proofs.


Color Variations

Please note that colors displayed on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may vary from printed products.

Minor color variations are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Transfer Orders

Due to the nature of custom transfer printing, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer

  • Low-resolution artwork

  • Application errors

  • Improper heat pressing techniques

  • Failure to follow application instructions

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready before submission.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If a shipping issue occurs, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, materials have been ordered, or printing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and is not eligible for a refund.


Store Credit

In certain situations, All Things Paige may choose to issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
