Heat Press Instructions

Proper application is essential to achieve the best results from your transfers. Please follow the instructions below carefully. Press settings may vary slightly depending on your equipment.


DTF Transfer Instructions

Recommended Settings

  • Temperature: 300°F–315°F

  • Pressure: Medium to Firm

  • Press Time: 10–15 Seconds

  • Peel: Warm or Cold Peel

  • Final Press: 5–10 Seconds

Application Steps

  1. Pre-press garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  2. Position the DTF Transfer on the garment.

  3. Press using the recommended temperature, pressure, and time.

  4. Allow the transfer to cool slightly if using a cold peel.

  5. Remove the carrier film carefully.

  6. Cover the design with parchment paper, butcher paper, or a finishing sheet.

  7. Press again for 5–10 seconds to improve durability and finish.

Care Instructions

  • Wait 24 hours before washing.

  • Wash garments inside out.

  • Use cold water.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Do not iron directly on the design.


UV DTF Transfer Instructions

No Heat Press Required

UV DTF Transfers are designed for hard surfaces and do not require heat.

Application Steps

  1. Clean the surface thoroughly.

  2. Make sure the surface is completely dry.

  3. Peel the transfer from the backing sheet.

  4. Carefully position the transfer.

  5. Apply firm pressure across the entire design.

  6. Slowly remove the top carrier film.

Recommended Surfaces

  • Tumblers

  • Cups

  • Glass

  • Acrylic

  • Plastic

  • Metal

  • Ceramic

For best results, avoid applying to textured or uneven surfaces.


Sublimation Transfer Instructions

Recommended Settings

  • Temperature: 385°F–400°F

  • Pressure: Medium

  • Press Time: 45–60 Seconds

Application Steps

  1. Position the sublimation transfer face down on the product.

  2. Secure with heat-resistant tape if necessary.

  3. Press using the recommended settings.

  4. Remove transfer immediately after pressing.

Important Notes

  • Sublimation works best on white or light-colored polyester materials.

  • 100% polyester garments produce the most vibrant results.

  • Sublimation will not work properly on cotton garments without special coatings.
